1. Acceptance of terms
By submitting an inquiry, making a reservation, or taking possession of a vehicle, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific conditions communicated at the time of booking.
2. Reservations and availability
Reservations are subject to availability, verification, and confirmation. Any quote or request form is informational until our team confirms the booking in writing.
3. Driver responsibilities
Drivers must hold a valid licence, comply with Ontario laws, use the vehicle responsibly, keep it secured, and immediately report damage, incidents, or mechanical concerns.
4. Payment, deposits, and charges
Rental charges, deposits, mileage limits, tolls, fuel, cleaning, late return, and damage fees may apply according to the booking confirmation and any written rental agreement.
5. Prohibited use
Vehicles may not be used for unlawful activity, racing, towing without permission, off-road use, or any activity that violates the rental agreement, insurer requirements, or applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Selquessia Whiteworks Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed pickups, availability changes, mechanical issues, or service interruptions beyond our control.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
